Tired of the heavy holiday fare? Join us this weekend for a culinary delight: fresh stuffed sheepshead, a Gulf fish with a firm texture and mild flavor akin to flounder. Our sheepshead is stuffed with a luscious Louisiana lump crabmeat stuffing that's simply irresistible. This dish is perfectly light, leaving you just enough room to enjoy our newest dessert of the month—a decadent chocolate crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e infused with Kahlua.


Planning to keep the New Year's festivities going through the weekend? Start with Raymie's latest seasonal drink, Cheers to Crusta—a creative twist on the classic Brandy Crusta. Originating in New Orleans in the 1850s, the Brandy Crusta inspired many timeless cocktails, including the Sidecar. Our version features Merlet VSOP Cognac, Cointreau, cranberry, lemon juice, and spiced simple syrup. With its sugar-rimmed glass, this cocktail is a party in itself—you just need to sip and enjoy!
