Life's a peach this week, and we invite you to join us for two nights of jazz and a celebration of all things peachy. We have our fresh, tender grilled halibut with creamy corn polenta and a peach gastrique that brings some sweetness and acidity to the plate. Try this dish with our Ruffino Orvieto that has just the right balance of dryness and fruitiness.
But we're getting ahead of ourselves! We suggest you start your dining adventure with a peach bellini made with Pallini Peachello, a delicious Italian liqueur made with white peaches from Emilia Romagna. Don't forget that you can enjoy a complimentary Garlic Focaccia with Cheese appetizer when you mention EatLafayette, now through September 8th.
